Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website

www.sacredsomatictherapy.com and engaging in any services, coaching, therapy sessions, or purchasing

digital products and courses from Sacred Somatic Therapy ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using

our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer:

• Therapy: Professional mental health counselling provided by a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. Therapy

  is intended for residents of British Columbia, Canada and complies with

  regional regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Coaching: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. It focuses on personal development,

  wellness, or spiritual growth and is available to international clients where appropriate. Coaching

  does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

• Courses & Digital Downloads: These are educational or supportive resources offered for

  personal development. They do not constitute therapy or a professional service.
  

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you are of

legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Professional Boundaries

Engaging in coaching or purchasing digital products does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Therapy services are only considered active after a formal intake process, informed consent, and

confirmation of eligibility.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full before receiving services or digital products unless otherwise

agreed. Refunds for digital products or courses are generally not offered due to the nature of the

materials. If there is an issue accessing your purchase, please contact us.

Therapy session refunds follow cancellation policies outlined at booking. Missed sessions without

required notice may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, videos, and downloads, is the property of [Your Business Name]

and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without

written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Therapy sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with ethical standards. Coaching

and online courses are not covered by the same privacy laws as therapy. We take your privacy

seriously and treat all interactions with care, but full confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group or

online settings.

7. Technology & Platform Use

We use third-party platforms such as:

• - JaneApp (therapy booking and secure communication)

• - Stripe (payment processing)

• - Hostinger (website hosting)

• - [Insert course delivery platform, if known]

• - Google Analytics (website performance tracking)

These platforms have their own terms and policies. By using our services, you agree to their terms

as well.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or materials.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes

via email or on our website. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
